The pub Brighton Marina deserves.

Familiar enough to feel like home, fresh enough to give people a reason to return. The final offer will be shaped with residents, members and the wider Marina community.

02

A working kitchen

Honest pub food, weekday favourites and a Sunday lunch worth making plans for.

Freshly prepared · Inclusive choices
03

Reasons to gather

Live music, community events, celebrations and a renewed function space.

Events · Groups · Local talent
A pub shaped around the people who use it—not simply opened near them.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Is the Master Mariner open now?+

No. The premises remain closed while the community group works through the lease, building condition, funding and operating plan.

When will it reopen?+

No date has been fixed. We will announce a timetable only when it is realistic and properly supported.

Will there be food?+

Yes—a renewed working kitchen, weekday pub food and a strong Sunday lunch are central to the plan, subject to funding and essential works.

Can I order at my table or online?+

Yes. Table ordering by QR code and web ordering are planned for the reopened pub. The ordering links will be activated once the service provider and opening arrangements are confirmed.

Can I buy community shares?+

Not yet. No investment is currently being invited. Any future community share offer will be published separately with the full terms and risk information.

How can I help?+

Volunteer and consultation opportunities will be advertised once the steering committee has approved the public contact arrangements.
